Sunshine, Cameras and Parcels.
Hi Everyone,
hope you have been enjoying the lovely weather over the past week, we certainly have been. There's just something about seeing the sun shine and the lambs springing about that makes us feel full of energy and raring to get stuff done.

We'd love to know what sort of things you've all been creating lately so why not leave a comment below or pop any pictures up on our facebook page (you can find us at www.facebook.com/craftersandco) so we can see what you've been making. We've been having a play with some of the new jewellery bits and bobs that have arrived in this week including some lovely word rings and charms (our favourite charm at the minute is the Lucky Piggy - he's sooooo cute) and the finer cord in some gorgeous spring colours. We've made couple of bracelets using the charms and cord and the new super strong magnetic clasps so have a look when you're next in the shop.
Talking of new stock, we have had a lot of people asking if we will be stocking the new Loopy Wool and the answer is a resounding YES, (seriously it's so pretty how could we not?) it's on order and we'll get it just as soon as it's released in May. This does mean though, that the Can-Can Wool will be discontinued to make way for the Loopy so if you still wanted any you'd better be quick as we're selling through it fast. As soon as the Loopy arrives we'll let you know (for those who haven't heard about Loopy it's similar to the Can Can but is much lacier and lighterweight, perfect for summer and comes in much more muted, soft shades).
Sara is back in the shop this week after a well deserved break with Mummy While and Sister While so if you're passing by call in say Hi and grab a cuppa with us, we always like to see you and catch up on any news. Richard has been very busy all week since launching the web shop so a big "Thanks Guys" to everyone who's purchased from their since it opened last week, every time we see Richard lately he's up to his eyes in packaging and labels or carrying towering stacks of stock up the stairs to the web shop section.......
Finally for today, can I remind everyone that now is a great time of year to be out with your camera recording your garden, the kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews etc. playing, or simply the seasons changing ready to scrapbook. If you don't fancy doing a full sized album then mini-books are a fantastic way to record a year in our garden or before and afters of "that" DIY project. If you're not sure where to start then give us a shout and we'd be happy to give you hand to get going. The thing to remember is that it's not just the big events that need recording, it's the day to day lives we lead. Wouldn't it be amazing to have details of what your great great granny's favourite meal was, or where she shopped or who her best friends were? I know I'd love to have a record like that from my family, what better gift to give future generations than the knowledge of their history? So cameras ready, get snapping.......
'Til next time, Happy Crafting]]>
