JEWELLERY - All our jewellery class samples are available to view in the shop so do feel free to pop in to see them, or check on our facebook page where you'll be able to see them all. With all jewellery classes you will need to come in before the class to choose your beads so that classes can start promptly. (We know how hard it can be to decide which colours you'd like and it can take some time!)
*NEW* CRYSTAL WAVE CUFF
This brand new cuff is styled using five strands of wire with co-ordinating crystal rondelles, wrapped with finer wire and finished with a swirly flourish. You'll be able to choose the colour of your wire and crystals so you're sure to make a piece that's perfect for you. When we put a sneak preview on Facebook people loved this design so these classes are likely to fill up quickly. As such early booking is definitely advisable for this one! Please be aware that this class is not suitable for beginners.

*NEW* VICTORIAN STYLE PENDANT
This class will teach you how to make a beaded bead type pendant in your choice of colours and how to make a sliding knot necklace to hang it on. You'll be able to wear your necklace at any length you choose making this a really versatile piece. Barbara will also explain how the piece can be adapted to use on a Pandora type bracelet as well. Once you've learnt the technique you'll be able to make a variety of beaded pendants/bracelets to go with any outfit you like.

A bright and cheery necklace to chase away winter blues. This gorgeous piece uses papillion beads and floral drop beads to create a colourful front fastening necklace that's sure to wow. Because this necklace uses a set colour palette the price includes materials for this class and you do not need to come to choose beads beforehand.

INTRODUCTION TO JEWELLERY MAKING
If you don't know your head pins from your crimp beads, then this is the class for you! Barbara will be showing us how to plan a necklace, use crimp beads, open and close jump rings, how to attach a clasp and how to turn a head pin perfectly. You'll then put these skills into practice by making a necklace to take home. This is the perfect introduction to jewellery making taught by an expert so you can be sure that you're getting your jewellery making hobby off to the very best start.

VINTAGE BROOCH
Come along to this class and learn how to make a gorgeous vintage style wire and bead brooch with a modern twist. Using your choice of glass beads, swarovski crystals and 2 sizes of wire this glamorous brooch is the perfect way to dress up a winter coat. After completing the class you'll be all set to make some more at home - they are perfect presents for a special friend, Mum or Auntie. This class was hugely popular last year so if you missed it then this is your chance to learn to make this beautiful piece of jewellery.

BRIDAL WORKSHOP
In this all day workshop Barbara will be showing you how to work with wire, crystals and pearls to create a pretty hair comb and stunning tiara. Barbara is the woman behind Tiaras and Trinkets the bridal jewellery taking Northern Ireland by storm at the moment so this is your chance to make a really special piece of jewellery for your big day with an expert.

CHILDREN'S JEWELLERY MAKING
This class is an ideal introduction to jewellery making for children aged 8 to 14. They will make a beaded bracelet with a word of their choice incorporated into it (this could be a name, an inspirational word like hope, dream or anything else they would like) and a felt flower brooch. The brooch will require basic sewing but no experience is needed. Please note that as there is limited space in the workroom parents will not be able to stay with their child although they are welcome to stay in the shop if they would like. (We have a very comfy sofa and chairs available.)

CARD MAKING
(Please bring along your own adhesive. All other materials are supplied.)
CUTTLEBUG CLASSES WITH NORMA T (If you own a Cuttlebug please bring it along, if not don't worry we have some available for you to use)
All these classes are £12 including materials and a cup of tea/coffee.
EXCITING EDGIES
This class will show you how to use the Edgabilities from Spellbinders to create a selection of lovely cards, and will contain the usual tips, tricks and techniques that Norma is known for.

SPLENDID SPRINGTIME
The cards in this class will be sure to banish the winter (at least for a couple of hours) using some gorgeous Creatables featuring trees, birdies and birdhouses. You'll make a selection of cards that could be used for Birthdays, New Home, Mother's day and many other occasions.

FLORAL TOPPER TECHNIQUES
This class will be a little bit different to our usual classes as you'll learn to make a variety of toppers for your cards using lots of different cuttlebug dies. You will not make finished cards but Norma will of course have some on hand to inspire you. The reason that Norma is running the class in this way is that she just couldn't decide which flowers to show you how to make so decided to do lots of them instead! You'll go home with lots of lovely flowers ready to incorporate into your next cards and the skills to make many more. This is sure to be a popular class so early booking is advisable!

How to Book Your Place on a Class
All our classes are booked on a first come first served basis. Sign up will start at 9:30 am on Saturday 4th February. You will need to pay for your class at the time of booking and this can be done in the shop or over the phone using a debit/credit card.
Cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before the class or no refund will be given. If your chosen class is full you will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a cancellation is made and a space becomes available.

Muffin Recipe3 eggs2 bananas3-4 dates4 Tablespoons cocnout oil (melted)1/4 cup cocnout flourbd teaspoon vanillabd baking sodaDash of cinnamonWalnuts or berries (optional)Preheat oven to 325’. Grease a muffin tin or use muffin cups. When I use muffin cups, I grease them as well. Mix eggs, bananas, dates, cocnouts oil, and vanilla in a blender. Mix well. Pour/spoon into muffin tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
