Payment Options
You can currently pay for your order using your Paypal account or with a Credit/Debit Card. When using a credit or debit card the transaction is undertaken using Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account) you just need to select this option in the payment page.
During the checkout process, if you simply click the SUBMIT ORDER button you will be directed to the Paypal gateway.

Delivery and Postage
UK Flat Rate Postage cost of £2.95 on all orders. Republic Of Ireland Flat Rate Postage of £5 on all orders.
We aim to despatch all orders by the end of the next working day. In the unlikely event that we cannot complete an order within a reasonable timeframe we will contact the you, the buyer, at the earlist opportunity. Possible reasons why we may not be able to complete an order may include:
- The item ordered is not currently available
- There was a problem with payment processing, for example a credit card being declined
- An error in the product listing description or pricing
Postage to any UK address will be sent using first class Royal Mail. At our discretion we may post high value or large size orders by recorded delivery.
If you would like your order sent recorded delivery only please contact us before placing your order as this can be arranged and may incur an extra cost.
Privacy Policy
We collect your address, telephone number and email address. We require this information to process your order.
We are committed to ensuring our customers have a safe and secure shopping experience with us and promise to only use data collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not store your credit card details, this is dealt with by Pay Pal.
Returns and Refunds
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you the cost of the item less our original shipping costs.
The shipping cost of returns is the reponsibility of the buyer. It is strongly advised that any returns are sent with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.
Should you recieve damaged or incorrect goods we will offer a replacement item or if unnavailable an alternative or a full refund. If the error was ours we will also refund any return shipping costs.
Please note that we can only refund on CD's if they are returned in their original sealed, unopened packaging.
